With both Global uncertainty and dynamic changes to our relationships with other global networks, government priorities are changing rapidly. Local Authorities and other public and third sector organisations need to continually develop their creative thinking to make effective changes which provide the sustainable legacy we all need to aspire to.

Background
The company name is inspired by an uncle of Karen Whelan who believed anyone could achieve their goals, with two main ingredients, belief and determination. Henry Finall was a perfectionist, hard worker and creative thinker who made all things possible. One of his greatest work achievements was to help design the trailers for Donald Campbell's Bluebird, which set 7 world water speed records at Coniston. His greatest legacy was to inspire self belief in others.
His name is synonymous with perfection, creativity, sincerity, and dedication to a task.
About Karen Whelan
Through his inspiration, Karen has taken those values into the workplace in local government business, where she qualified as a solicitor, before holding Monitoring Officer, Director and CEO roles within various councils.
Her greatest love is finding solutions, even to what seem like the impossible tasks. Her tenacity to succeed has created legacy projects in many places from major new housing estates, new garden village concepts, large leisure complexes and regenerated towns and villages.
Transforming businesses and public services to understand their strengths has created organisations and workplaces set to inspire.
